Charlotte Knights (30-25, 2nd IL South) vs Gwinnett (32-22, 1st IL South)

Tyler Pastornicky returns to Gwinnett starting line-up after starring for the G-Braves during the 2011 season. He spent the entire 2012 season with the Atlanta Braves up until this point. The promotion of future phenom Andrelton Simmons forced Pastornicky down to Gwinnett and shifted Greg Paiml to Double-A Mississippi. Pastornicky will now take over as the everyday shortstop for Gwinnett moving forward.

The second place Knights are in two for two games in two days before heading to Charlotte for two more games against the G-Braves from June 3-4. Charlotte is hot as of late, winning seven of their last 10 games. The two teams each have four wins against the other this season with 13 games remaining in 2012.
